Richard Moore

President

Richard brings over forty years of legal experience in real estate and corporate transactions to Lakewood Title. After being a briefing attorney for Federal District Judge Robert Porter and practicing law with a major Dallas law firm, he gained valuable experience working at the Federal Asset Disposition Association, where he was directly responsible for the management and disposition of Vernon Savings & Loan and Silverado Savings & Loan assets, and then at Amresco Management where he managed and disposed of real estate assets and commercial credits at the former First Republic Bank. When FADA’s and Amresco’s objectives were achieved, Richard began pursuing active investment in the Dallas/Lakewood real estate market. Richard also maintains a legal practice as a solo practitioner and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Richard and his wife Alison live in Lakewood, where they raised three children – Richard Jr., Stephanie, and Ryan.

Steve has worked in the title business for over 20 years. Steve has spent the majority of his career in the Texas markets, as well as time working as a regional senior vice president for a national independent agent. Over his career, Steve has been involved in title plant operations, sales management, retail, builder, and commercial branch operations. Steve has started, sold, and acquired title agencies during his time in the title industry.

Steve enjoys using his past experiences when working with his team to help them achieve their goals. When he is not working, he enjoys the occasional round of golf, a good fishing trip, and spending time with his family.
